Antenna Installation Issues: Ensure that the antenna is correctly installed. Problems such as incorrect frequency bands, loose antennas, or antenna placement being blocked by obstacles can lead to short distances or signal dropouts.

Battery Depletion: Check if the batteries in the devices are fully charged. Depleted batteries can significantly reduce the effective range and lead to signal interruptions.
Tour guide receiver or transmitter is not powering on.
Power Switch Not Properly Turned On: Ensure that the power switch on the device is fully turned on. Sometimes the switch may not be completely engaged, which can prevent the device from powering up.

Battery Depletion: The battery might be fully drained. Please recharge the battery and try turning on the device again after charging.
